Hiking in the Mountains, Steps Light Up the Path | Sales Department's Team Building Trip to Baoshan and Fangshan
To enhance team cohesion and improve collaborative capabilities, and to allow everyone to relax and unwind amidst a busy work environment, the Sales Department embarked on an outdoor team building trip from Baoshan to Fangshan on April 25th.
The morning was sunny and breezy. Everyone gathered on time, and the group photo before departure showed smiling faces full of anticipation and ease, completely unaware of the "hardcore test" of the mountain trails to come.
The hike began, with seemingly endless, steep steps that became increasingly physically demanding as they climbed. Sweat quietly soaked their clothes, and breathing gradually became rapid. Some laughed, saying their legs were "unresponsive," while others joked that they were turning into "reptiles." At this moment, those in the lead frequently looked back to ensure everyone kept up, and those with better stamina volunteered to carry backpacks. On steep and dangerous sections, a hand reached out and a word of reminder made the rugged path more daunting. The steeper the mountain, the closer we stood; the more difficult the journey, the stronger our teamwork became. What was once an unfamiliar mountain path transformed into a heartwarming journey filled with laughter and joy, thanks to our companions walking side-by-side.
After several hours of arduous trekking, we finally all successfully reached our destination, Fangshan! Looking back from our summit, all the steep slopes and staircases we had traversed transformed into a profound sense of accomplishment and pride.
A hike, a journey together, a path of growth. Amidst the verdant mountains and clear waters, we relaxed and rejuvenated, and with each step of our ascent, we came to understand the true meaning of "walking side-by-side." In the future, the entire sales department will carry this courage to scale new heights and this unwavering teamwork, embarking on a new journey with even greater enthusiasm, and working hand in hand with Liansheng Chemical towards a brighter future!
